Everything you need to know about Daysim.

A little more detail on how Daysim can help you prepare for the next chapter of your career.

What is Daysim?

Daysim is a career simulation platform for professionals moving into a new role. You describe the transition you are making, then walk through a realistic work week in the role before you start. Instead of reading about leadership or management, you get to experience it and make decisions. Every call you make gets scored, and at the end of the week, you get a readiness report that shows where you are strong and where to focus to excel in the new role.

Who is Daysim for?

Daysim is for professionals preparing for their next career move, whether that's becoming a first-time manager, stepping into leadership, or transitioning into a new role with different responsibilities.

How does Daysim work?

You describe the role you are moving into, whether that is a promotion, a switch to management, or a completely new industry. Daysim then walks you through a realistic five-day work week inside that job. Each day includes meetings, decisions, and scenarios a person in that role would actually navigate. At the end, you get a scored readiness report showing how you performed and where you stand.

Is Daysim available now?

Daysim is currently in open alpha. We're inviting early users to help shape the experience before a wider launch.

How does a simulation work?

Tell Daysim your current role, the role you're preparing for, and your main worry about the transition. Daysim will prepare a simulation just for you. You can then experience a realistic work week filled with meetings, decisions, and everyday workplace moments.

What kinds of roles can I simulate?

Daysim is designed for role transitions, especially those that come with new responsibilities. This could include becoming a first-time manager, moving into leadership, changing functions, or preparing for a more senior position.

What happens if I make the wrong decision?

That's part of the experience. Daysim is a safe space to experiment, make mistakes, and learn. Every decision comes with feedback designed to help you understand the trade-offs and build confidence before the stakes are real.

Will I receive feedback at the end?

Yes. At the end of your simulation, you'll receive a personalized readiness report that highlights your strengths, areas for growth, and insights into how you approached the role.
