We believe experience is too expensive.
The lessons that actually change us rarely come from books, courses or advice. They come from making decisions under pressure, navigating uncertainty with incomplete information, leading people who are looking to us for answers, and recovering from the mistakes we make along the way.
Experience changes us because it asks something of us in a way that reading never can.
The trouble is that experience arrives slowly and charges a high price for the privilege.
It takes years to accumulate, and it often shows up only after the opportunity it would have prepared you for has already passed. Sometimes the lesson costs a promotion, or a business, or a relationship, or a chance you were never going to get twice. We have mostly accepted this as the natural order of things, the tax you pay for getting older at work. But it doesn't have to be this way.

We take those moments you've wondered how you will respond under pressure, and you meet the pressure somewhere it cannot hurt you, in a place where learning and getting reps matters more than getting everything right.
Every simulation drops you into a realistic scenario and lets it unfold around you. Messages arrive, you enter meetings, and decisions become urgent before you feel ready for them; the consequences of your choices shape everything that happens next, as they would anywhere else.

We are working closely with a small group of early users who are shaping the product through honest feedback and real testing, and who tell us plainly when something does not work.
Some features will evolve, others will disappear, and ideas we have not thought of yet will take their place. That is exactly how we want to build this. Not by guessing what people need, but by learning alongside the people we are building for.
